CapFeather’s senior leaders believe in giving back through supporting emerging talent in experiencing ‘real work’ as they finalise their graduate studies, and providing ongoing mentoring to help them on their way to a successful career.

We partner with the University of Melbourne’s Faculty of Business & Economics to find an exceptional few people each semester who exhibit the intellect, values and motivations we believe fit with CapFeather’s culture.
